Audit-proof data storage in the block chain


As data protection regulations and requirements for audit-proof data storage become more stringent, an increasing number of public companies are asking how to meet these requirements with efficient solutions. For this purpose, partners from different technical disciplines were assembled, who, in close coordination under our overall project management, adapted their solutions and made them available in such a way that the basis for the desired result was reached.
As the first step for the project "audit-proof archiving in blockchain", we created and successfully completed a proof of concept (PoC) for a customer consortium.
The goal of the PoC was to extend an existing archiving solution to include the audit-proof data storage. In order to ensure data integrity and decentralisation, an interface of over 20 blockchains (public and private) was developed for the solution. The high-performance API interface allows a throughput rate of approximately 1 million documents per second. During this process, large amounts of data can be provided with a digital signature. In this context, it is important to note that no data has to leave the secure areas of the company.

SAP Basic Administration (Agile Project Management) - Capacitive Model


Modern project management utilising agile methods is becoming increasingly important for many companies. With simple rules, adaptive planning, and quick coordination, the end goals can be achieved quickly and efficiently thanks to high transparency and clear structures.
In the project "SAP Basic Administration", we were entrusted with supporting and monitoring the SAP basic environment in close cooperation with the customer team and ensuring a stable SAP basis operation. In this context, we took on responsibility for implementation, Release change, and upgrading the SAP systems, as well as for configuring the SAP Solution Manager. In order to ensure a continuous work process without downtime or loss of performance, we have contractually agreed on a "capacitive model” with the customer. A permanently fixed team quota is provided - regardless of holiday or situations resulting from illness.
This model was the basis for using a hybrid "SCRUM-BAN" approach to increase overall performance in basic operations by up to 25%. This model, introduced for the first time in the data centre basic operation, combines agile, self-organised work from SCRUM and transparent task organisation from KANBAN; it has been in use since the beginning of 2020. In combination with transparent control of the work process using KANBAN maps, task management is visualised and prioritised, the team is efficiently utilised, and work progress is continuously monitored.


Through an optimal combination of both tools, we have managed to create an interplay of structure and flexibility for our customers, to equip ourselves for the future, and to improve its agility. In this way, the customer and quality goals are always the focus of our attention. Close cooperation with the project team of our customers at each integration stage is essential for us.

SAP S/4HANA Conversion


As part of an internal "SAP S/4HANA Migration Project", we conducted an extensive analysis of the system landscape, after which, we exchanged the previous Oracle database on SAP HANA database technology with the help of two consultants and then gradually converted the existing systems to S/4HANA by utilising a system conversion. This was done by upgrading and updating the software components to the latest versions. The primary goal was to completely allow the existing SAP ERP system landscape, including data and extensions, to remain and to take over as much of the individualized system environment and historical data as possible.
After the successful implementation of the project, we continue to support our customers in SAP Basic Administration with a total of 4 consultants in the following areas:

  • System software configuration and installation
  • Implementing measures to ensure maximum system availability

  • Performing management within the scope of the assigned task area
  • Technical customizing
  • Perform manual corrections to the assigned systems
  • Technical user support (2nd-level support)

  • Analysis of system faults and the introduction of corrective measures (planning and implementation of logical structures of heterogeneous operating system environments, i.e. operating and security concepts, or overall process control.)
  • Upgrades and updates of the software components to the latest version (SAP Neatever 7.5, SAP Sol man 7.2 SP 09) as well as of Oracle, Linux, FlexFrame from Fujitsu
